Return and Refund Policy For Clozuri
Thank you for shopping with Clozuri! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve created this simple and straightforward return and refund policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in new condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@clozuri.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for return (optional but helpful)
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return instructions. Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
- For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item for any reason other than defects (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Accepted Product Conditions for Returns
We can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for hygiene-sensitive items like lingerie, swimwear, or intimate apparel unless they are defective.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost, if applicable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The processing time for your refund can take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us at support@clozuri.com.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
- For customer preference: You will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the new item.
If the item you request is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund instead.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@clozuri.com with the following:

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund for defective items.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Lingerie, swimwear, and intimate apparel.
- Earrings or other pierced jewelry.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
