At Clozuri, weโ€™re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your T-shirt purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and refund policy.


1. ๐Ÿ“œ Applicable Regulations

This policy is governed by Dutch consumer protection laws and regulations.


2. ๐Ÿ” 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided


3. โœ‰๏ธ How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@clozuri.com. After approval, youโ€™ll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your return

โš ๏ธ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


4. ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Return Label Printing

Once you receive the return shipping label, you must print it yourself and securely attach it to your return package.
Make sure the label is visible and undamaged during transit.

If you’re unable to print, please contact us for support.


5.๐Ÿท๏ธ Return Label Conditions

  • Received a damaged or defective T-shirt? โœ… We will provide a free return label.

  • Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? ๐Ÿšซ In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


6. โœ… Product Condition Requirements

We accept returns only if:

  • The T-shirt is new, unused, and unwashed

  • The tags and packaging are fully intact


7. ๐Ÿšซ Restocking Fees

No restocking fees. Ever.


8. ๐Ÿ’ธ Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect item: We cover shipping

  • Customer remorse: We cover shipping as a courtesy


9. ๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or faulty T-shirts

  • Incorrect item or size sent

10. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you:

  • Approved refund: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Rejected refund: Weโ€™ll notify you and offer to return the item at your expense
